Job Description:

• Balanced Workload: 60/40 OB-to-Gyn Clinic schedule with no primary call; backup only for midwives/Laborists.
• Low-Acuity Cases: Multiples, preemies, and high-risk patients are transferred.
• Collaborative Practice: Work with residents 2-3 days weekly and receive APP support for surgeries.
• Advanced Technology: Full-scope practice equipped with ultrasounds, NSTs, Minerva, and Endosee.
• Streamlined Documentation: Epic EMR ensures efficiency.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $400k+ with opportunities for additional call/Laborist shifts.
