We have two full-time OT positions available with leading practices that prioritize both patient care and staff well-being. Living in Salinas Valley offers beautiful scenery and a mild climate perfect for outdoor activities. Job Description

• Treat a variety of occupational health conditions and work-related injuries.
• Work with a diverse patient demographic, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Balance between hospital and outpatient care; flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential.
• The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or holidays.
• The daily work volume is 8 to 12 patients per day, dependent on comorbidities, acuity, and patient involvement. You will be supported by two rehab techs, with plans to add a third.
• The salary range is $91,000 to $122,000 (DOE).
• There is a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement based on moving distance.

Requirements

• Successful completion of curriculum and internship, and a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Master's degree or above in Occupational Therapy.
• OT license.
