Neuro Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA-C)

We are currently seeking two dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APN or PA-C) with a specialization in Neuro Critical Care to join our team in the scenic coastal region of New Jersey. This is a locum position, perfect for individuals seeking to expand their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Neuro Critical Care ICU setting.
• Manage a patient caseload of 10-15, shared between two providers.
• Perform essential procedures including central lines and arterial lines. Proficiency in endovascular ultrasound (EUD) is a plus.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license.
• Current Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in Neuro Critical Care, ICU, or related fields.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work night shifts with potential rotation, no on-call duties.
