Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time Hospice RN On-Call position.

Job Description

• Provide clinical visits and assessments as needed during on-call shift
• Obtain all necessary physician orders and collaborate with physician as patient's needs dictate
• Assist in developing a pain management and symptoms management plan to keep the patient as comfortable as possible
• Reassess pain and notify the provider on call when pain is not manageable on the current medications
• Respond to the physical, mental, social, and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and families

Requirements

• One year of hospice experience strongly desired
• One year of RN experience required
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
