Clinical Operations Manager

Location: Parkview Health CTT MH Case Management

Job Description:

• Responsible for the daily clinical operations of PBH programs including inpatient, intermediate outpatient, and partial hospitalization services
• Plan and direct the provision of mental health services and monitor the clinical direction of PBH therapeutic programming
• Supervise clinical operations and programming
• Consult and partner with care team to provide mental health-specific care to patients
• Promote and participate in the development of mental health programs through professional interactions using an interdisciplinary team approach
• Participate and monitor quality outcomes and budgetary performance

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other counseling field
• CPI required upon hire or within 60 days of employment
• CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment
• Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Must have 5 years of mental health, counseling, psychology, or social services experience
• Prefer healthcare or psychiatric hospital experience
• Must have knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices, treatments, and intervention techniques
