Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.

Job Description:

• Provide direct service to children, adolescents, and adults on an assigned caseload
• Complete all clinical documentation within required parameters
• Provide case management to clients, including participation in case conferences, psychiatric consultation, and linkage with external service providers
• Meet or exceed established productivity standards for scheduling and providing direct service (100% scheduling, 60% productivity)
• Function as a member of the treatment team
• Attend required meetings
• Participate in clinical supervision

Requirements:

• Master's degree
• Minimum one (1) year post master's experience
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or License eligible and willingness/ability to obtain License
• Knowledge of various schools of Psychotherapy
• Experience providing therapy for substance abuse, preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances

Compensation:

• Minimum: $45,000.00 per year
• Maximum: $50,000.00 per year
