Location: Monroeville and Wilkinsburg

Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.
Job Description:
- Provide direct service to children, adolescents, and adults on an assigned caseload
- Complete all clinical documentation within required parameters
- Provide case management to clients, including participation in case conferences, psychiatric consultation, and linkage with external service providers
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards for scheduling and providing direct service (100% scheduling, 60% productivity)
- Function as a member of the treatment team
- Attend required meetings
- Participate in clinical supervision
Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Minimum one (1) year post master's experience
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or License eligible and willingness/ability to obtain License
- Knowledge of various schools of Psychotherapy
- Experience providing therapy for substance abuse, preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances

Compensation:
- Minimum: $45,000.00 per year
- Maximum: $50,000.00 per year
