Join our team in a clinic-only practice located just 15 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. This position offers a great work-life balance with no weekends and minimal call.

Job Description

• Employed structure with a rural health designation
• Work with other providers and nurses
• See patients from pediatrics through geriatrics (no infants)
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends
• Call is minimal, with an answering service rotating between providers each week
• Great hospital support with hospitalists and specialty services
• Clinic is 10,000 sqft, has 5 providers, and handles 11,000 visits per year
• Salary of $250K with quality and production incentives (expect to earn $300K+)

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Practice
• Does not qualify for H/J sponsorships
• Spanish is a plus but not required
