Job Description:

• Work as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Located on the Oregon Coast at the mouth of the Siuslaw River, known for its breathtaking beaches, rolling sand dunes, numerous lakes with hiking trails, and a picturesque historic downtown

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Occupational Therapist license in the State of Washington
• Basic Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
