Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
• Occupational Therapist License in the State of Washington
• Driver's License / Proof of Insurance
• Basic Life Support required upon hire
