Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico

Job Description:

• Join Pediatrix Neonatology of Texas in Las Cruces, NM, with a team of eleven Neonatologists, seventeen Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and two Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Provide comprehensive care for seriously ill newborns in one Level 4 NICU and six Level 3 units.
• Address complications of prematurity, cardiac and respiratory issues, craniofacial, endocrine, and gastroenterological conditions.
• Maintain a cohesive team with excellent communication, serving a diverse population.
• Add NNP coverage to two level III units with full-time and part-time positions available.
• As regional market leaders, our Level-III and Level-IV units include transports, surgical services, and sub-specialty support.

Requirements:

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master's degree.
