Pediatric Hospitalist
Location: Athens, Ohio
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team at Ohio Health - a leading medical facility in Athens, OH.
Job Description:
- Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- The team will consist of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
- 24/7 on-call coverage, round and go model with call from home
- Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circs
- Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Work closely with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices
- Exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers
Requirements:
- BE/BC Pediatrician
