Location: Athens, Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team at Ohio Health - a leading medical facility in Athens, OH.

Job Description:

• Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• The team will consist of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
• 24/7 on-call coverage, round and go model with call from home
• Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circs
• Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Work closely with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices
• Exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers

Requirements:

• BE/BC Pediatrician
