    Job Title: Hospital Medical Leader

    Job Description:

    • Ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
    • Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills
    • Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
    • Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders
    • Drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality
    • Utilize technology including cloud-based practice management, digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, and AI tools
    • Perform routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures such as radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions, spays/neuters, and more
    • Grow as a practitioner and leader with paid continued education and leadership training
    • Build relationships with pet parents, modeling respect and empathy
    • Enjoy support from local medical directors and a team of licensed and trained veterinary technicians and assistants

    Salary Range:

    $126,880.00 - $202,800.00 per year
