Job Description

• Assist in development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's treatment plan and client's individual plan of care.
• Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in client's condition.
• Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to client, family, or other health team personnel.
• Monitor and document patient's condition and provided care services through electronic charting.
• Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude

Cases close to home. Hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 4 nights a week, weekend nights, and PRN nights, day shift. Case details: Various ages of children from birth through 30+ years old with technologies that might include g-tube, trach, and ventilator.
