Staff RN - CVICU Surgical

Join our team at Piedmont Augusta as a Staff RN in the CVICU Surgical unit. This position involves working evenings from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their lifecycle.

Job Description

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization while demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• New Graduates of a nursing program are eligible.
• For PRN positions: One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
