Job Description
- Mentor and inspire: Coach and actively manage RBTs, helping them develop into skilled and compassionate clinicians.
- Deliver transformative care: Lead a caseload of 6-9 children, providing 145-150 hours of care per month. Develop treatment protocols, conduct parent trainings, and celebrate every milestone achieved.
- Collaborate and innovate: Partner with OTs, SLPs, and other experts to deliver holistic, interdisciplinary care.
- Grow your expertise: Access free in-house CEUs, a $500 annual CEU stipend, and leadership training opportunities to advance your skills and career.
Requirements
- Certified and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experienced in functional behavior assessments and crafting data-driven care plans.
- Passionate about mentoring and developing RBTs, helping them grow into the next generation of clinicians.
- Committed to neuroaffirming, assent-based care that prioritizes the strengths and autonomy of every child.

- Total compensation ranges from $82,000-$100,000, with up to $12,000 in annual bonuses for exceeding care thresholds.
