    Job Description:

    • Assess patients' strengths and weaknesses and devise creative but effective treatment plans
    • Develop, synthesize, and use evidence-based physical therapy practices to ensure the highest quality of care and superior outcomes for patients
    • Dedicated to achieving the highest quality of care optimizing superior clinical outcomes
    • Interest/experience in treating pelvic floor conditions
    • Prioritize patient care
    • Provide direct patient care, evaluate patient's case history, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to determine the patients' potential for rehabilitation
    • Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient's capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders
    • Educate patients, document and record the patient's condition, and provide continuing updates on the patient condition

    Requirements:

    • Must have graduated from a CAPTE accredited program
    • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist
    • Current BLS certification
    • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Thorough understanding of injury treatment and prevention
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
    • Must be able to carry, pull, push, and lift equipment necessary for care
