We are hiring a full-time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at Physician offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train!

Requirements:

• CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CCM, COHN, CDMS or CRRN required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Monthly Bonus Averages between approximately $500 and $2,500
