Job Description:

• Independently treat clients in their homes
• Educate and counsel patients and their families
• Support patients on their recovery journey

Requirements:

• Valid physical therapy license
• Valid driver's license
• Home Health experience preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification
• New Grads Accepted!
