    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

    Job Description:

    We are looking for the best Licensed Practical Nurse LPNs to provide exceptional care to our residents. Come join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

    • Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of our residents and ensure that all resident rights are protected.
    • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
    • Check all residents daily to ensure prescribed treatment is being properly administered by nursing personnel/assistants and to evaluate their physical and emotional status.
    • Keep the RN Supervisor informed about the status of residents, staff, and related matters.
    • Implement recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or the Director of Nurses.
    • Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, applying and changing dressings/bandages, packs, colostomy and drainage bags, taking blood, sputum, and urine specimens, etc., as established by the facility's policies and procedures.
    • Complete all Licensed Practical Nurse LPN required record-keeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, discharge, transfer, etc. File in the resident's chart and/or forward to the appropriate department.
    • Give and receive nursing reports upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours.
    • Investigate complaints and grievances and make necessary oral/written reports to the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
    • Present a professional image to residents and families through dress, behavior, and speech.
    • Adhere to our policies and standards.
