Job Description

• Supervise, provide, and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.
• Commit to person-centered care by embracing and following the facility's goal of person-centered care, demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspects of daily living.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in the state in good standing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Effective documentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State, and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ability to direct, delegate, and follow up on programs and care of the residents.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.
• Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment.
