Job Description:

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Address the whole patient and design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Adapt to patient needs and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master's degree in a related field with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.
