Job Description:

Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience
- International degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy
