Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of patient care during Resident Med pass hours
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Conduct rounds to monitor residents' conditions and address any immediate health concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Manage administrative tasks, including staffing, scheduling, and documentation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed

• $25.59 - $30.82 per hour
