Weekend RN Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the delivery of patient care during hours Resident Med pass.

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Conduct rounds to monitor residents' conditions and address any immediate health concerns.

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care.

• Manage administrative tasks, including staffing, scheduling, and documentation.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed.
