Job Description

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
• Provide wound care and dressing changes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nursing License
• Long term care experience (preferred)
• Previous experience in dermal fillers, Botox, and basic IV administration is preferred
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and standards
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
• Experience in infant care, behavioral health, family planning, or occupational health is a plus
