**Job Description**

- Coverage needed from March 17-23, 2024
- Coverage needed from April 14-19, 2024
- Coverage needed from August 25-September 4, 2024
- Work alongside 3 MDs and 1 NP
- Utilize 3 ORs, a cystoscopy suite, and an endoscopy suite in the current facility
- New facility opening in September 2024 will include 5 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites

**Requirements**

- Oregon medical license
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
