    Occupational Therapist

    A full-time floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is available in the Farmington area. The successful candidate will provide OT therapy services to three different sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities in Farmington and Madison. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between two or more facilities on one day. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

    Job Description

    • Float to 2 facilities in Farmington & 1 facility in Madison to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities
    • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and have experience with electronic documentation
    • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
    • Work well with others in a team setting
    • Be flexible with hours

    Requirements

    • Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

    Compensation

    • $28.00 - $42.00
