A full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Poughkeepsie, NY. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

We have a dynamic therapy team which includes a fantastic and very experienced Rehab Director. Our strong interdisciplinary team takes an all-hands-on-deck approach. The department has a good mix of experienced therapists and young/new therapists, with diverse clinical programs running. We have an on-site physiatrist who conducts rehab rounds, and a rehab suite committed to functional activities that mimic a home setting, utilized for our therapists and patients to simulate a home environment. This facility is located in a quaint residential area in a historic district of the City of Poughkeepsie.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment

Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting

Compensation

• $40.00 - $50.00
