Physical Therapist (PT/RPT)

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Utilize a rehab suite that simulates a home environment for functional activities

Requirements:

• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting

Located in a quaint residential area in a historic district of the City of Poughkeepsie, the facility boasts a dynamic therapy team, including a fantastic and experienced Rehab Director. The interdisciplinary team follows an all-hands-on-deck approach, with a good mix of experienced and new therapists. The department features diverse clinical programs and on-site physiatrist-led rehab rounds.

Compensation:

• $40.00 - $51.00 per hour
