Job Description:

• Work in a bustling 144-bed sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Specialize in the geriatric population in both sub-acute and long-term care domains
• Utilize a large rehab gym with a car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower, and bathroom, among other facilities
• Collaborate with an expansive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
• Show attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well in a team setting

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
