Rehab Team Leader (RD) Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location: Norwood & Holliston, MA

Job Description:

• Full-time position split between two sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities
• Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
• Provide therapy services to patients
• Provide clinical support, training, and oversight of specialty programs within the specific discipline
• Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
• Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
• Flexible schedules to promote a balance between career and personal life

Requirements:

• Must possess a current MA Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Must have leadership experience

Compensation:

• $34.00 - $39.00
