Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provide leadership and direction to CNAs.

Requirements

• Hold a current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
