Job Description:
- Provide Intensive Family Preservation Services using the HOMEBUILDERS model
- Conduct crisis intervention, counseling, skill building, concrete services, and advocacy
- Serve two families at a time for 4 to 6 weeks
- Trained in the HOMEBUILDERS model with high quality clinical supervision and consultation
Essential Responsibilities:

Structure services consistent with HOMEBUILDERS Standards
- Meet with families 3-5 times a week
- Maintain a flexible workweek, including non-traditional hours
- Be available to client families via cell phone or pager

Conduct clinical interventions consistent with the HOMEBUILDERS Standards
- Assess safety and structure the family's home environment
- Conduct comprehensive, strength and behavior-focused assessments
- Collaborate with family members in developing intervention goals
- Monitor progress and help families revise goals as needed
- Utilize motivation enhancement and research-based cognitive strategies

Participate in quality enhancement components
- Engage in quality improvement activities such as weekly consultation and supervision

Administrative and Organizational Responsibilities
- Complete and submit all clinical and agency paperwork timely
- Utilize online data management system for documentation
- Represent Pressley Ridge in community meetings
Requirements:
- State Police, FBI clearance, child abuse clearance
- CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Low to moderate level of physical activity, sitting for long periods
- Environmental: Office environment, community, and client homes
- Working Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of experience working with children and/or adults and families
Education:
- Preferred: Masters or better in Human Services or related field
