Physical Therapist Traveler

We need a PT traveler for a skilled nursing facility, must have 1 year of SNF and geriatric experience. Hours are Monday to Friday with a guarantee of 40 hours. This position will start mid-September for 13 weeks, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements

• 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
• Geriatric experience
