    Licensed Practical Nurse

    Job Description:

    • Provide quality nursing care within Primrose Retirement Communities.
    • Ensure residents' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice.
    • Collaborate with a person-centered approach to enable residents to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

    Requirements:

    • Current, active nursing license in the state the community is located in.
    • Maintain CPR and First Aid Certification per state regulations.
    • Meet annual continuing education hours required for nursing license if applicable.
    • Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment is preferred.
    • Knowledge of state laws and regulations for nursing in an assisted living setting.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease, other dementias, and related memory impairments is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
    • Basic knowledge of computer software and programs. Able to work varying hours.
