We offer a full range of dental services that include general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and oral surgery. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our privately owned dental practice for a long-term career. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and be proficient in various general dentistry procedures. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team that values a healthy work environment to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our practice operates on a PPO/Fee-for-service basis, with a steady influx of new patients each month.
Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive dental exams and assessments of patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures.
- Utilize dental imaging techniques and AI software (Overjet) to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Schedule:
- Day hours

Requirements:
- A current or future Arizona state dental license is required
- DDS/DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in oral surgery and endodontics is preferred
- Experience using dental software such as Dentix is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients
- Passion for building a practice with clinical excellence
- Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chairside manners
Experience:
- Four or five years of hands-on, general dentistry experience is preferred
- Proficient with EXTs and RCTs (emergency care)
