    Primary Care Physician

    Location: Gales Ferry, Connecticut

    Job Description:

    • Flexible Options: Full-time (4 days per week) or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
    • Provide comprehensive primary care, including sick and well visits, as well as some gynecologic services, to a diverse patient population

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Setting: Outpatient only
    • Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
    • Conduct routine and acute patient consultations, including sick and well visits
    • Provide gynecologic care as part of comprehensive primary care services
    • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions
    • Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance strategies
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible within 2 years of residency completion
    • Valid Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain one
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine
