ProHealth Partners, Inc. currently has COTA opportunities available in Adrian, MI to treat and service homebound patients. The ideal candidate will hold a state license for Michigan. Job Description

• Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and turn in payroll
• Keeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience
• Facilitating communication with Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient care
• Completion of in-home therapy service, education to patients and caregivers, and diligent detailed notes on all paperwork
• Attend meetings as needed with the Michigan therapy team

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Michigan
• Ability to travel to patient's home or facility
• Strong communication skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred
