About the job
Certified Hand Therapist
Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation of Issaquah is actively seeking a certified hand therapist to join our team of experienced hand therapists. Our ideal candidate is a certified hand therapist or an Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience, working towards their certification.
Our fun, fast-paced clinic offers 45 to 60-minute, one-on-one appointments with your patients. We work closely with hand surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. This close proximity and relationship between the hand therapist and the hand surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician's work-life balance, so each therapist receives paid documentation time daily. We offer formal mentoring for new grads as well as a highly lucrative quarterly bonus and $1500 annual continuing education package. Our clinic, just 15 miles east of Seattle, sits at the base of the Cascade Mountains with gorgeous views, easy access to I-90, and an award-winning school district. From hiking and skiing in the mountains to enjoying the many waters of the Puget Sound, Issaquah is the perfect location for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an established clinic with a wonderful reputation!
