Job Description:
- $225,000.00 per year, Exempt
- Incentive Bonus
- Medical Malpractice covered by employer
- Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life
- Four (4) weeks/ 160 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off)
- One (1) week/ 40 hours PTO for CME
- Sick time, 40 hours/per year
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm (open to a 4-day work week as well)
