Job Description:

Outpatient coverage with no call needed
Coverage dates: December 26 and 27, 2024 (Possible ongoing)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Requirements:

Board Certified ONLY - REQUIRED
Active WI or IMLC (Act 10 acceptable) - REQUIRED
Certifications: BLS - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice Record - PREFERRED

RN's: 1-3
MA's: 0-1
PA/NP: 0-1
Office staff: 12-15
Patients per shift: Varies
