Diagnostic Radiologist

Join our team as a Diagnostic Radiologist starting ASAP for ongoing coverage. The hospital is in need of a locum who can perform light interventional radiology procedures and read tomo mammograms. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with teleradiology taking over at 5 PM on weeknights and weekends.

Job Description

• Read an average of 95-110 studies per day, consisting of 9-10 MR, 35 CT, 10-15 tomo mammograms, and 40-50 plain films.
• Perform mammography screenings with 12 reads daily.
• Read X-rays with 50 reads daily.
• Read CT scans with 25 reads daily.
• Read MRI scans with 15 reads daily.
• Conduct an average of 2 procedures scheduled per day, including needle locs, stereotactic breast biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, upper GI barium enemas, and barium enemas.
• Utilize PAC- Visage for imaging.

Requirements

• Must be tomo and MQSA certified.
• Minimum board certification required.
