Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is now hiring a part-time every other weekend supervisor for the 7pm to 7am RN House Supervisor who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Job Description

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care for residents
• Provide leadership and support to nursing personnel
• Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting
• Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
• Effective communication skills and professionalism
• Leadership and supervisory ability with a willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
