Job Description:
- Staff position with direct care responsibilities and supervisory role for caregivers

Requirements:
- Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; proficiency in English
- Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; preferred in gerontological nursing including dementia population
- License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
- Full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, etc.
