Hematology/Oncology Physician

Job Description

• Shared call
• Hospitalist team providing inpatient support
• Not accepting locums candidates
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

Requirements

• Board eligible (within 3 years of residency and to become board certified within 1 year of employment) in Hematology - required
• Board eligible (within 3 years of residency and to become board certified within 1 year of employment) in Medical Oncology - required
• IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - required
• DEA verbal confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - required
• CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start) - required
• Clean malpractice - preferred
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - required

Certification Requirements

• Board certified
• Board eligible
• Controlled substance (CSR/CDS)
• DEA
