Advanced Practice Provider

The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate women's healthcare in a busy outpatient clinic. This role supports women through all stages of life from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality OB/GYN care in an outpatient setting
• Educate women on preventive care, wellness, and health management
• Manage OB and GYN patients including IUD insertions, perinatal exams, fetal heart tone assessments, cervical exams, and postpartum depression screening and follow-up
• Work alongside OB/GYN physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
• Support continuity of care for patients across all life stages
• Accurately document clinical encounters using EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestricted Indiana license (NP or PA)
• Valid DEA, RN/APRN license (for NP) or PA license
• Women's Health NP and/or OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 4-day work week
• Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends, no call
