Locum Physician Interventional Radiology

This locum opportunity provides in-person interventional radiology coverage in a busy hospital setting. You will perform general IR procedures with an emphasis on biopsies and cancer-related interventions while collaborating with a fully staffed radiology team.

Job Description

• Hospital-based practice with 2 interventional radiologists
• Annual ER volume: 80,000 patients
• Documentation system/EMR: Full Epic and PACS
• Exam rooms: 2 dedicated radiology rooms
• Adult patient population
• Average procedure volume: per day
• Fully staffed support team for smooth workflow

Requirements

• Board certified required
• Active OH license required
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• DEA registration required
• Fellowship in nuclear or mammography preferred
• Clean malpractice/files required
• Local or nearby providers highly preferred

• Call schedule: 7 days per week
