Neurology Physician

Board Certified Neurologist

Location: Madison, West Virginia

Job Description:

• Provide full-time coverage on a locums basis for 6 months with an option to extend
• Treat 8-10 patients per day
• Work with patients of all ages
• 5 days per week, no call or weekends
• Out-patient practice can accommodate some general neurology, if preferred

Requirements:

• WV license preferred
• Board Certified/Board Eligible with a fellowship in Movement Disorders
• MD or DO degree
• Fellowship trained in movement disorders (1 or 2 years)
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of West Virginia
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
• Qualified candidates should be board certified or eligible in their specialty within five years of completion of residency
• Hold State of West Virginia and DEA licenses
• Hold ACLS and BLS certifications
