The office was completely remodeled in January 2022 and uses the latest CEREC technology, offering the convenience of in-office crowns. You will work alongside the dentist owner, 2 dental assistants, 3 dental hygienists, plus 2 front desk receptionists and an office manager. The practice focuses on mostly bread and butter procedures and would prefer someone with experience in removable and fixed prosthodontics. The patient volume is 8-12 per day, with no production goals.

Job Description

• Work alongside a dedicated dental team in a friendly environment
• Perform mostly bread and butter procedures with a focus on removable and fixed prosthodontics
• Manage a patient volume of 8-12 per day without production goals

Compensation and Benefits

• 35% of gross production, less 50% of lab fee when applicable
• Gross pay based on a history of $200k to $230k annually based on 4 days per week
• Simple IRA plan with 3% match
