Job Description

• Collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey.
• Conduct history and physicals, review labs, monitor blood levels, manage sick calls, and prepare discharges (physician orders, scripts if has prescriptive authority).
• Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
• Coordinate with the primary care physician and psychiatrist when appropriate, with the help of the nursing staff.
• Work with the nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective for the client after discharge and complete prior authorization requests for medications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine.
